It was a good day even as finally we got to see a fine.
But at the moment happening and seeing that fine which was 75 euro, what is indeed a lot of money PUT by a parkspace zombie,
which do not exist any more.
We had a witness at the moment happening anbd she got to see that the bike a oneline scooter was not even hindranze for other vehicles as the odd cars. The bike was on the line between two cars and these had their lots. (want really to get to know ballillefrei ... ??)
We will never pay that specially as teh firma wich should do that odd stuff, putting fines on cars or other vehicles, even as they did not hinder other ones overtime.
The witness was from the cafee and the Kap 43 .. is a nice a d magnificant well known location on the water !
So we tried to get to find an telefone number (parkpase zombies) which was given from a socalled local and nahe im dorf postpartner later the next days.
The number did never work, what surprise. Then we got to knwo that we need to call the locale Gemeindeamt ( Dorf headquaters) which looked and sounded to be a huge office soemwhere out there, the village headquater as from the old wild west times. She then told us on phone of that locale headquater that the Bundesforste (parkraum besitzer eigentuemer ... ) are doing thea new stuff which was once till start of may, free parking.
So from then it shoul dhave been by the Bundesforste, park controll or something. The bundesforste got never called and reache becasue the relevanth briefkastenfirma or minimum a telefone number from that park controll got never found !
We do never accept bills over 30 euro for that and expect sver consequences for that kind of zombie firmas looking on soiem odd parking lots. They need to ahev a minimum telefone number. A briefkasten firma will also not do in that case. maybe registered in free amsterdam as eurodating.
They are not any more in job and accountable for that kind of bills. 75 euro is a nogo for a scooter which did not even hinder other vehicles. This penetrance need to stop and as we found that it was a zombie companie with no telefone number but a simple QR code by the bill, of which seem to be a few out there, QR code zombie copmpanies will never get reached to discuss what will never be of an uissue. roger over

In about that timeframe i was astonished to fine that the atx was gone from the FAZ (a daily newspaper.de)
