It got noticed and registered that the RECONSTRUCTION of the Ukraine would cost some Europe 720 Mrd dollar (source deutsches FAZ),
further it got estimated so far that the RECOSNSTRUCTION of Falluja, Mossul and Nadjaf would cost 120 Mrd Dollar (beside some news and medias).
Further the Dam near Raqqa in Syria and the RECONSTRUCTION of the demaged dam, which got done by the Willing Allied forces would cost 27 Mio Dollar.
The reconstruction of Raqqa would cost 20 Mio dollar.
The reconstruction of several zement plants will cost about 100 mio dollar, teh recosntruction of drinkingwater plants will
cost about 20 mio dollar or euro, there is not much difference now with euros and dollars. It got quasi in the ceroe
point 3 percent margin and gap ( --- 0,07 % ---). That is Ok so far.
